Reimagining the Layout: Space Planning with Purpose
Our transformation began with thoughtful space planning. We reconfigured the existing commercial office suite to create a warm and open environment that greets clients without feeling overwhelming. Walls were removed and added to carve out distinct, yet connected, areas for workstations, guest seating, design review meetings, and a central beverage center anchored by a large island—perfect for staff collaboration and special events.
Lighting & Furnishings
We focused on more than just layout—we elevated the entire atmosphere with modern design elements, tailored lighting, and curated furnishings. Layered lighting was thoughtfully planned to balance task-focused illumination with warm ambient tones, creating a welcoming environment for both team collaboration and client interaction. Statement fixtures—like the chandelier at the entrance and brass pendant lights over the workstations—add sophistication while aligning with our studio’s personalized style.
